Zhejiang Geely Holding Group (Geely Holding) announced today that aggregate sales across its automotive brands grew 26% year-on-year to 4,116,321 units in 2025, setting a new record for the Group. For the first time in its history, Geely Holding achieved more than 4 million units in aggregate sales. Electrified and clean alternative fuel new energy vehicles led growth throughout the year reaching 2,293,099 units, a 58% YoY increase, representing 56% of aggregate sales.

Zhejiang Geely Holding Group (Geely Holding) and the Li Shufu Foundation expresses their deepest condolences to the victims of the massive fire which broke out in the Wang Fuk Court residential complex in Tai Po, Hong Kong and pays their respect to their valiant efforts of local fire fighters and paramedics devoted to the ongoing rescue efforts. Geely Holding, together with the Li Shufu Foundation will donate HK$10 million in support of medical assistance, emergency resettlement, and post-disaster reconstruction for the affected residents. At the same time, Geely Holding will also coordinate its available local resources to fully support ongoing disaster relief efforts – ie. vehicles from the Zeekr brand will be made available for emergency usage and the Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group’s Bumblebee Volunteer Team will be onsite to support post-disaster relief and resettlement efforts.

Renault Group, Geely Holding Group and Geely Automobile Holdings establish Renault Geely do Brasil to take a leadership position on a dynamic Brazilian market. Today Renault Geely do Brasil announced the R$ 3.8 billion investment is aimed at the production of Geely’s new zero and low emissions technology (GEA) platform that will be the basis for two new models to be manufactured in the second half of 2026 along with other improvements.

Zhejiang Geely Holding Group (Geely Holding) joined the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30) in Belem, Brazil and shared the Group’s achievements and progress towards carbon neutrality. As one of the earliest Chinese members of the United Nations Global Compact, Geely Holding was invited to COP30’s opening forum and the China Pavilion side conference to speak on its technology driven green transformation.

Renault Group and Geely have executed definitive agreements. These agreements extend their strategic cooperation to the production and sales of zero and low-emission vehicles by Renault do Brasil for the Renault and Geely Auto brands in Brazil. As part of these agreements, Geely formally acquires a 26.4% stake in Renault do Brasil, with Renault Group remaining the majority shareholder and continuing to consolidate the entity in its accounts. As a minority shareholder, Geely now has access to Renault do Brasil’s industrial and commercial resources, allowing it to accelerate its expansion in the region’s leading automotive market.

Zhejiang Geely Holding Group (Geely Holding) announced today that aggregate sales in the third quarter of 2025 across its portfolio automotive brands – Geely Auto, LYNK & CO, Zeekr, Volvo Cars, Polestar, PROTON, Lotus, smart, Radar, LEVC, and Farizon reached 1,020,913 vehicles, a 28% Year on Year increase. Among the Group’s Q3 aggregated sales, electrified (EVs, HEV, PHEVs) vehicles sales reached 588,110 units, a YoY increase of 59% and representing 58% of the Group quarterly sales. Cumulative sales in the first nine months of 2025 reached 2,953,452 units, a YoY increase of 29% with electrified vehicles accounting for 1,590,866 units, a YoY increase of 68% and representing 54% of the Group total.
