CaoCao Inc. is the strategic investment company of Geely Holding Group for the development of “New Energy Vehicle Sharing Ecosystem”. Founded on May 21, 2015, CaoCao has become a leading shared mobility platform in China. Our Businesses
CaoCao Inc. has two major business segments: mobility service and purpose-built vehicles service.
The mobility service includes four product lines: Express Mobility Service, Smart White Car Service, CaoCao Premier Service, and LiMao Premier Service.The Express Mobility Service offers affordable, convenient, and comfortable solutions for daily commuting.The Smart White Car Service, with full-vehicle intelligence, pioneers a new in-car experience for ride-hailing.The CaoCao Premier Service uses trained drivers and a central service desk to ensure quality trips.The LiMao Premier Service, a high-end accessible mobility service, uses the globally certified LEVC TX5 vehicle with assistive facilities for persons with disabilities.
In terms of purpose – built vehicles service, CaoCao Inc. launched the Geely CaoCao 60, co-developed by Geely Group. CaoCao Inc. was involved in design, R&D, deployment, sales, and operations. By June 30, 2024, CaoCao Inc. operated in 83 cities, with a fleet of over 33,000 custom vehicles in 29 cities, ranking first among similar fleets in China.
F3 Strategy
On October 14, 2024, CaoCao Inc. unveiled the “F³ Strategy”—comprising Full-Customized Car, Full-Unmanned Autonomous Driving, and Full-Automated Operating.
On February 28, 2025, CaoCao Intelligent Mobility’s autonomous driving platform was launched, with Robotaxi pilot operations commencing in Suzhou and Hangzhou. Vehicles equipped with Geely’s “Qianli Haohan” Robotaxi solution were deployed.
Powered by Geely Holding Group’s intelligent technology ecosystem, CaoCao lntelligent Mobility has established a “customized vehicles + autonomous driving + mobility platform” ecosystem within Geely, fully integrating the three core elements of Robotaxi. This marks China’s first self-developed closed-loop intelligent driving ecosystem，deeply coupling smart manufacturing, intelligent driving, and smart operations.
