Our Businesses
The business of CaoCao Inc. mainly consists mobility service and purpose-built service.
In terms of mobility service, our shared mobility platform provides two major service lines: Express Mobility Service and Premier Service. The Express Mobility Service line is our core service, which provides affordable, convenient and comfortable solutions to our users’ daily transport needs. The Express Mobility Service line is our core service, providing users with affordable, convenient and comfortable solutions for their daily transport needs. On the other hand, our Premier Service line offers a higher level of comfort and superior service quality, with professionally trained drivers and a wide range of amenities to ensure a quality mobility experience.
In terms of purpose-built service, based on Geely Group’s 26 years of deep industrial foundation and manufacturing advantages, as well as CaoCao ‘s years of experience in the shared mobility industry, CaoCao brings deeply customized products to the shared mobility market, leading the industry to a comprehensive upgrade.
As of the end of 2023, CaoCao Mobility operated in 51 cities across China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and Chengdu, with more cities in the pipeline.
Good Drivers
CaoCao provides drivers with professional training in grooming, service standards, business etiquette, medical knowledge, and more to ensure that onboard drivers are able to provide professional, high-quality, and safe mobility services to each and every passenger.
CaoCao drivers have won many awards for their professional, quality and safe services: Yang Junkui, a CaoCao driver in Zhengzhou, was honored with the titles of “National Heroic Model of Self-Responsibility and Bravery” and “Top Ten Most Splendid Taxi Drivers of 2021” after he bravely rescued five people during the torrential rain in Zhengzhou in 2021; and Zhang Guirong, a driver from Chengdu, was awarded the “National Heroic Model of Self-Responsibility” and “Top Ten Most Splendid Taxi Drivers of 2021”. Zhang Guirong, a driver of CaoCao in Chengdu, was awarded the title of “All-China May Day Heroine Pacesetter” by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions; and Yuan Yonghui, a driver of CaoCao in Hangzhou, was awarded the May Day Medal of Labor of Zhejiang Province, and he also participated in the Asian Games torch relay as the 87th torchbearer.
During the Hangzhou Asian Games, CaoCao’s 2,000 drivers and service staff provided services to delegations from 45 countries and regions, safely covering a total of 2.07 million km and receiving 412 letters of thanks in various languages.
