Winnie Fok

Ms. Winnie Fok is a native of Hong Kong with roots in Shunde, Guangdong. She graduated from the Department of Accounting and Financial Management of the University of New South Wales in Australia. Ms. Fok has served as CEO and Senior Partner of EQT Partners Asia Ltd and CEO of New Asia Partners Ltd. Since 2010, she has served on the board of the Wallenberg Foundation and is currently an independent director of the Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB. She has formerly been an independent director for several listed companies including: Sweden’s SKF, Britain’s G4S, and Finland’s Kemira as well as Volvo Cars and Hangzhou’s Wahaha Group. She is a Fellow of CPA Australia, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and Associate member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
