Mr. Chen Yimin is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of Geely Holding Group.He is in charge of legal affairs, compliance, and information security. In July 2023, he was also appointed by Geely as an observer to the Board of Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc.
Mr. Chen joined Geely Holding Group in 2015 as Senior Director of legal affairs in Geely Holding Group.
Before joining Geely, Mr. Chen worked as a partner in a world-renowned law firm for many years.
Mr. Chen graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and received Master of Law degrees from Beijing University of International Business and Economics and Columbia University.
