  • 2025 March 3rd, Sanya, China – Geely Auto Group unveiled a new technology road map for AI powered intelligent driving solutions during the Geely AI Intelligent Technology Conference held earlier today.After several years of development, Geely Auto Group has today unveiled its AI driven ADAS solution that utilizes self-developed big data centres and satellite solutions to create an industry leading range of ADAS solutions. The new ADAS solution represents a realization of “Smart Geely Technology Ecosystem” in accelerating the evolution of user experience in smart driving and smart cockpits.

    The new ‘AI powered G-Pilot’ technologies will be made available on products in different price ranges from the Group’s wide spectrum of invested brands and series including Geely Auto, Galaxy, Lynk & Co, and Zeekr. As an industry leader in AI technologies for smart vehicles, Geely Auto Group is committed to promoting greater utilization of smart technologies among the wider public.

    The new G-Pilot technologies will come in five different levels meeting the differentiated requirements of a wide range of users. Empowered by AI, G-Pilot will continue to evolve throughout the lifespan of the vehicles. Highway Navigation on Pilot (NOA) and Home Zone Park Assist (HPA) will become standard on all G-Pilot powered vehicles.*

  • The basic G-Pilot H1 supports an evolving high-speed Navigation on Autopilot (NOA) and user settable memory parking functionality.
  • G-Pilot H3 supports urban intelligent driving and NOA.
  • G-Pilot H5 supports map free urban NOA and large model supported point to point intelligent driving.
  • G-Pilot H7 supports video large model (VLM), video language action models (VLA), and digital foresight capabilities as well as parking spot to parking spot intelligent driving. With localized video empowered AI Level 4 G-Pilot has the ability to evolve over time.
  • G-Pilot H9 supports the most cutting-edge intelligent driving technologies fully unleashing the power of VLM/VLA to create an intelligent chauffer that will act as a safety driver for the users. The hardware in vehicles with level 5 G-Pilot systems will be capable of achieving L3 intelligent driving in the future.
  • The G-Pilot technologies are also supported by the world’s first ‘cloud, data, intelligence’ integrated WiseStar Intelligent Computing Center for automakers with more than 23.5EFLOPS of computing power, one of the largest in the automotive industry. Backed by a cloud-based supercomputer, all G-Pilot systems will be able to support the constant improvement of intelligent driving technologies by providing real world driving data from millions of vehicles. In addition, Geely Holding’s own WiseStar AI big model is capable of simulating an immense range of common and extreme driving scenarios which are enriched by real world data from G-Pilot systems and then used to improve the capabilities of G-Pilot systems through OTA updates.G-Pilot systems not only benefit from AI technologies, they will also make use of the “Geely Future Mobility Constellation” with 30 satellites in orbit covering 90% of Earth. With low-orbit satellite support, G-Pilot systems will be able to see farther and clearer than any other intelligent driving system in the world, with the ability to even see and warn users of potential natural disasters and weather conditions along a route and offer better alternatives.
