2021 November 19, Kuwait City, Kuwait. Lynk & Co, the global automotive brand jointly formed by Geely Auto Group and Volvo Cars has partnered with Al Zayani Group for its launch in Kuwait. Born global, Lynk & Co continues to grow its global presence with plans to establish Lynk & Co clubs in the Gulf markets starting with Kuwait. 

In line with market conditions of the Gulf region, Lynk & Co will adopt a unique distribution-operational model built around urban Lynk & Co clubs in the markets that it enters there. Through these Lynk & Co clubs, users, friends, and entrepreneurs will have a place to socialize, communicate, and share ideas to build an innovative ecosystem with local users. Lynk & Co’s most popular model with over 200,000 owners in China alone, the 01, will be the first model available to consumers in Kuwait, offering them a more premium, smarter and safer mobility experience.   

After establishing itself in Kuwait, Lynk & Co plans to expand to UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Israel and other Gulf markets. In addition, Lynk & Co is also planning on expanding its European and Asia-Pacific presence by entering the markets of Russia, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand by 2025.
