2021 July 21st, Hangzhou. Over the past several days, many in Henan have suffered and continue to suffer from heavy rainfall and disastrous flooding necessitating the urgent need for aid.
Geely Holding and the Li Shufu Foundation have pledged 30 million RMB in flood relief and aid, of which 25 million will be in the form of cash assistance and 5 million will come from donation of three search and rescue drones from Geely Technology Group subsidiary Aerofugia and other equipment. Aerofugia will also send a technical assistance team to aid in local rescue efforts.
Geely Auto will establish also send flood prevention and disaster relief teams to organize dealers and suppliers in providing 24hr emergency road rescue service, emergency vehicle maintenance service, emergency spare part supply, and set up specialist teams to assist in handling insurance damage claims.
Geely Holding will further expand its support according to the needs of the disaster relief efforts.
