The world’s first pure electric British hypercar, Evija was unveiled by Lotus in London. Evija is the first new product launched by Lotus after joining Zhejiang Geely Holding Group. It represents Lotus’s innovative capabilities, engineering heritage, and new design language.
At the “2019 Baidu Create”, Baidu’s Artificial Intelligence Development Conference, Eric Li, Chairman of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group (Geely Holding) and Robin Li, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Baidu, announced that Geely Holding and Baidu will strategically cooperate in the fields of intelligent connectivity, smart mobility, smart home, e-commerce and in other areas related to AI technology. The two parties will jointly explore the development AI applications in the automotive ecosystem, with the long term aim of accelerating the large-scale popularization of intelligent connected vehicles in China and internationally.
Zhejiang Geely Holding Group (ZGH) officially released the 2018 Corporate Social Responsibility Report on June 17. This was the Group’s seventh Corporate Social Responsibility since it first began in 2012. In 2018, ZGH focused substantial attention towards the sustainable management methods and aligned the Group’s social responsibility strategy with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
